I am a Syrian Hamster breeder located in Cleveland, Ohio. I breed for quality Syrian Hamsters with excellent temperament and health. For the hamsters I breed, I use standards set by the British Hamster Association; I work with a small variety of colors; right now I only have Black Dominant Spotted Hamsters I plan on expanding my breeding program in the near future to include a larger variety.

 

Hypnotic Hamsters began with two hamsters in the fall of 2012; then I was just experimenting with my two Syrian Hamsters. They had three litters and I really didn’t think much of it; until I started doing more research on Syrian Hamsters and their genetics, which I find "Hypnotic" and that is how I came up with the name for my hamstery. My hamstery is still considerably small, I currently own ten hamsters; one that is retired from breeding..

 

I’m trying to better the breed of Syrian hamsters; by breeding for the very best in temperament, type, health and color. What I see in the common pet store is disturbing! Syrian hamsters crammed in cages and lacking proper handling and socialization from a young age. Many of the hamsters unsound temperamentally wise and health wise; not making for good quality pets.

 

Pups are available for purchase when they are seven to eight weeks old; I do NOT ship so please do not ask; I do not know if I will ever ship. I can deliver pups as long as you live within a 15-30 minute radius of my home. If you live more than an hour away the price of pup will remain the same, but I will have to charge for delivery; people that live more than hour away I can not deliver to you.
